Stop check valve electric actuated

Introduction

Stop-check valve combines the functions of a stop valve and a check valve. Its structure is similar to the stop valve, but the valve stem and the valve disc are not fixedly connected. When the valve stem descends and presses the disc tightly on the valve seat, it acts as a stop valve; when the valve stem rises, it acts as a check valve. On pipelines where both stop valves (or gate valves) and check valves need to be installed at the same time (such as the outlet end of a water pump), or in places where the installation position is restricted (such as ships), the use of stop and check valves can save installation costs and space locations .

Structural Characteristics

1. The pressure self-tightening sealing structure is adopted. The higher the medium pressure, the better the sealing performance. The sealing ring adopts formed asbestos packing.

2. The valve flap moves up and down in the valve body. Lift the valve stem before running, and the valve will automatically open by the medium pressure. When the boiler fails, the inlet pressure of the valve will drop, the medium will flow back, and the valve will be quickly closed.

3. The valve bracket is connected with the electric device, so that the valve can achieve better sealing.

4. The sealing surface of the valve disc and the valve seat is made of cobalt-based cemented carbide plasma spray welding, which has high hardness, erosion resistance, scratch resistance, and durability.

5. The surface of the valve stem is treated with anti-corrosion nitriding, which has good corrosion resistance and scratch resistance.

6. The valve can be hand-electrically switched. In manual mode, the power is automatically cut off, and the handwheel rotates clockwise to close the valve.
