Introduction

API600 cast steel gate valve is suitable for ANSI Class 150 ~ 2500, working temperature <600 ℃ on the pipeline of various working conditions according to the latest edition of API600,API624, API598 and ASME B16.34.

Features

1. The product is designed and manufactured in accordance with API standards, with reliable sealing, excellent performance, and supporting use with imported equipment.

2. The seal of the gate and valve seat above 600Lb is made of stellite cobalt-based hard alloy surfacing welding, which is wear-resistant, high temperature resistant, corrosion resistant, good scratch resistance and long service life

3. After quenching and tempering and surface nitriding treatment, the valve stem has good corrosion resistance and scratch resistance.

4. It adopts wedge-type elastic gate structure, with rolling bearings with medium and large diameters, which makes it easy to open and close.
